Mosqueda’s very first birthday took place last week and there was a good sized jam/bbq for the event. Unfortunately i wasn’t able to make the jam but Ryan Garcia was there to fill me, heres what he had to say and some photos by him:
“The Bike Parks Birthday Jam was a good time. It was a hot day and even hotter by the BBQ but thanks to cousin Albert he hooked up the hamburgers and hot links to energize us for the rest of the day. After we grubbed all the goods we started the Challenge Session. That was a blast… We gave out 1st place awards for the Longest Skid, Fackie, Jump, Manuel, and Highest Bunny Hop. When we were done guys started challenging each other on who could do the highest wall ride, Highest Air on the 9 ft, Best Trick, and some games of foot down. Brandon Hoffman pretty much dominated the challenge session but the games of foot down were hilarious. Some were out for blood and it was just for bragging rights. Good O’l Nuggets (Jessie Washington) was the heckler on the mic and drop’n beats from random ipods. We were missing a few regulars that were on a road trip but y’all were with us in sprit. All and all it was good times… 1 year down and many more to come. I gotta say thank you to all the BMXers, Staff, and everyone that helped with the jam session. It could not have been possible without you… Much appreciated.
Highest Bunny Hop: Brandon Hoffman 42”

Shot a bunch of photos at the bikepark the other day, got the shots i wanted and then we set up for some good ol facebook photos on the hip
“Bro” Chris Alvarez
Filmed and edited for Myles in Fresno, CA mainly at the fresno bike park.
I shot it in 4:3 because i was only supposed to film half of the clips, ended up filming all of it and editing it as well.
Filmed with a DVX and 16:9 lens
I went to Lions skatepark today to shoot photos of the Baker/Death wish skate demo for the city of fresno brochure. There was a ton of kids out there and they were blasting metal the whole time, not bad.
In other skateboarding news, some rad skateboarders were recently in the valley making skateboarding look real smooth.
The last day of the big trip ended up in Santa Cruz where we were greeted by the grinning woody from toystory aka jackson allen. It was a pretty great way to end the trip seeing the hometown hero kill the bikepark on my bike
Jackson told me that he had to shed some weight before the real shredding went down..
